State Farm Insurance repossessed my car in December 2013 using a vendor :Repossessor Inc.I was away for 11 months .I came  back to the house on March 21 st 2014 .The garage door was taken out , broken and  left in the middle of a the back alley .Tools and construction  materials were stolen from  the garage because there was no  door.

I tried to  collect the money for the garage door since March 2014.I called many times Repossesors Inc to open a claim .They never wanted to open a claim.I  also  contacted them by e-mail  i got hold of Minseok Noh ( August 1st ) who  stated that he will get back to  me in  10 days .

I filed a  complaint at the Minnesota BBB.Repossesors Inc .The complaint was closed October first 2014 because Repossessors Inc will not give a  solution.

I finally filed a claim with my home owner's insurance  ( Farmers ) regarding the garage door damages. Through Farmers insurance State farm Bank investigated the theft and vandalism to the garage door.

To my surprise State Farm Bank released  a statement saying : "No property damage was  done to  the property'' .''No customer contact was made during the repossessing  act'' .''The key to the vehicle was surrended to us ''."They did not have to open  any gate or fence to obtain the vehicle''.

State Farms Bank statements are lies . There were no customer contact but somebody handle the keys ?.I still have the keys . Nobody handled the keys to Repossesors Inc. They do  not talk about the garage door only they mention a gate or a fence ?.

State Farm Bank did not provided my home owners insurance (Farmer's)    pictures taken during the repossessing act  or the name of the Agent who made those statements .

Farmers insurance decided that the damage to  the door was 1400 dollars . Farmers  insurance paid me  400 dollars .I want State Farm Bank to pay the 1,000 dollars  through Farmer's insurance.

I  do not recommend doing business  with State Farm  Bank .Obviously they are neglectful of obligations  . I was in  shock to read false statements .State Farm Bank hired a fraudulent person  as an agent to lie and justify actions.State Farm Bank hired a company that committed  property damage  . (repossessors Inc)
