Statewide Funding Corporation can't believe people could do this and live with themselves Washington District of Columbia

They did the same to us. Said we were approved for $5000 if we wire $769 to a guy in canada. Our monthly payments would be 169.00 for 3 years at 9%. I guess that should have been a red flag but, we sent the money.

Which costs $75 to western union it. We were told our $5000 would be direct deposited in 24 hours. We waited over the weekend and nothing. Monday we contacted this Jennifer Johnson again and she now says the lender needs additional money because he checked our credit again and is worried.

But she assured us the money would be there in 4-6 hours if we wire more money. At this point we were fed up, told her we weren't sending anymore money and we wanted our money back.

She told us the refund process would take 15-30 days. but, i'm not holding my breathe. It was at the worst possible time in our life, when everything seemed to be going wrong. We were desperate and fell for the scam.

It would be a wonderful thing to get our refund but, if not I would at least like to warn everyone else. No one should have to go through this.

If we were rich and the money they stole didn't matter, then we never would have applyed for the loan to begin with. When they take money from desperate victims, they should know that it is a fatal blow.

They should definitely have trouble sleeping at night.
