In the Arizona Action, Statewide seeks to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC to obtain your contact information and any other messages that you have posted on the website RipOff Report, www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym Nichole Toms River, New Jersey or any other pseudonym, about Statewide, to the Office of Gust Rosenfeld, P.L.C., 201 East Washington Street, Suite 800, Phoenix, Arizona 85004-2327 in compliance with Rule 45, Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.

I read your report and another report filed by another individual. Since I am buying a modular house from them I was concerned. Here are the FACTS:

I called the State Attorney General of NJ department of complaints in Newark, NJ and found the following:

1) There are no complaints on file against Statewide Modular of Toms River, NJ
2) There are no records of any complaints filed with the AG of NJ against Statewide Modular of Toms River, NJ


I also called the State Attorney General of NJ department of civil lawsuits in Trenton, NJ and found the following:

1) There are no pending lawsuits against Statewide Modular of Toms River, NJ

I went on the Better Business Bureau's web site and found that there has been only one complaint filed in the last 3 years that was settled mutually.


SO WHERE ARE THE 100 LAWSUITS??????? HOW COME THE STATE AG OF NJ HAS NO COMPLAINTS.

Beware Of Statewide Modular Homes of Toms River New Jersey. State Wide Modular homes is one of the biggest scam builders you will ever deal with. They have ripped off home owners of $$$$ thousands if not millions of dollars.

State wide Modular homes is under investigation with the State Of New Jersey for Comsumer Fraud. They have been featured on 'Biggest Scammers' television show after
being investigated for taking money from customers and never delivering the house or finishing the house. Statewide / State wide modular homes has changed their name many times after being sued and shut down, only to get a new name and begin ripping off customers again and again. Please, whatever you do do NOT build with Statewide / State wide modular homes located in Toms River. They stole our money, never even began our home. After doing some investigating and getting a lawyer we found out they had done this to hundreds of people and were under investigation on multiple consumer fraud charges. The problem is they steal the money then go out of business so by the time you sue there is no business left. Right now they are using the name Statewide or State wide modular homes but by the time you read this they might have changed it. I just want everyone to beware and not lose your life saving like we did. They are now located at 1905 Rt. 37 in Toms River. Their old address is 1819 Rt 37 East.
