I order a statue from this online web site called Statue Toys. It stated it would chrarge me only 10% to order the statue and the rest would be charged, when the statue shipped. The Statue was chargein full in 2 days after placing the order. This order was done last Nov. I have not received the statue. The Seller has several bad addresses and phone numbers. He starts in Philly PA. the phone umber is discounted and the address comes back to a apartment complex. They list another address in Memphis TN. at 246 Court Ave. Memphis TN. 38103-2316. The Phone number listed is a Texas phone number, which is on a anwering machine where you can't leave a message . They do not respond to emails. I have reported this company to the FBI Internet Fraud DIV. Don't buy or deal with this company.

I had a pre order as well that I paid for in full by paypal last September and have yet to still receive these items. I have posted on their website for grievances and have yet to get a response. I posted in June! I have reposted numerous times wihtout a response once! I also have tried calling the parent company massive brains llc and have not gotten a response. I fear I may be out the 270 I shelled out as a preorder! Unfortunatley, it is too far gone to get a refund from paypal.

I am also having problems contacting this company as well and am worried that I will not get my pre-ordered item that I already put a deposit on.I need to change my address and have left messages for 4 months with no response or change. When this item gets released next month and nothing changes I will be contacting the FBI for Fraud as well as the companies they distribute.I think I will also gather a bunch of people that I know who have the same problem with this company. There are a few people on different message boards that have similar complaints. If John is out there please get a working phone number and answer your emails in your customer support tickets ...

So James @ statuetoys.com you are saying that "Dan" is spreading rumours trying to hurt your company? your company is hurting itself and your reputation because what "Dan is saying is not rumor but true. You seem to point a finger saying what "Dan" did wrong well try to tell me that you are not ripping me or others off of there hard earned money, I placed an order on 10-23-08 for a iron man mark 3 mask, it was pre-order but I paid in full (you got $320.00 hard earned dollars of mine on 10-25-08) and now 4-27-09 I have no product or returned money even though the manufacture, master replicas said they where being shipped out 3-09. No one will answer the phone and you cant leave any messages on your voice mail, the emails I send with my concerns are just replied by computer generated emails that don't help solve my problem or address my issue's that Statuetoys.com has/is causing me and I'm sure others beside "Dan".
I would like my item but at lest my money(full amount no -10% because all this BS) if you cant deliver me the product I ordered.
James you should give a working number or a way to actually contact you instead of excuses why you have not been able to do what is expected of you and your company Statuetoys.com by your consumers.
Hope to hear what you have to say about this,
Justin

Dan Hull is this guy's real name

Hi Everyone,
I am sorry to have to meet you this way, but I need to voice the other side of the story that "Statue-Man" has posted here. For posterity's sake, let it be known that we do know his real name, and it is "Dan Hull" 3520 Winegarden Drive Modesto CA 95356 US United States 209-484-0040. "Dan Hull" has decided to make it his mission to bash our company on a few different forums. He has posted about 10 different negative posts out of spite that he was charged for breaking a contract that he agreed to. Unfortunately, "Dan Hull" has actually revealed that he does not honor his contracts and that he may be mentally deficient.
The truth of the whole situation is that Mr. "Dan Hull" ordered some items from us as pre-order items, and he then cancelled these orders with us. He probably found them somewhere cheaper on EBay or maybe he just couldn't afford them anymore?
As stated in our policy, which every customer has to agree with before a purchase can be made, we charged "Dan Hull" (of Modesto California) a 10% pre-order cancellation fee. (The reason that we do this is because when people commit to order something from us, we then special order these items for them. If they cancel, we are not able to cancel and we are stuck with the bill.) "Dan Hull" broke a contract that he had agreed to. "Dan Hull" did not honor his word and was charged for it. It may be that Dan Hull did not read the contract that he agreed to, but this is not our fault.
"Dan Hull" later started sending us harassing emails and accusing us of not having a valid address and phone #. We had moved from Philly to Austin and changed phone #'s as well as shipping locations. "Dan Hull" was still calling the old phone # and from that derived that we are a fraudulent company. (Our inventory was actually in Tennessee, since we were using a shipping company to handle our orders.) This is where "Dan Hull" reveals that he may not be all there in the head.
I do believe that it is fair for people to voice their opinion about anything that they want, but not when one-sidedly damaging the reputation of another while hiding behind an anonymous username, like "Statue-Man". His real name is "Dan Hull".
Thank you for your time and for at least considering that there are 2 sides to every story!
James Hernandez
