My wife purchased a watch for christmas as a present for me. The customer service contact did a great job of lying and deceiving her into purchacing the Platinum Membership by offering a number of discount gift coupons and other assorted nonsence . When she went to redeem these incentives, she got the real truth. You can only use one per month on new purchases and instead of lasting forever to redeem, they expire in one year. You can't use them on anything that has a reduced price code already because if you do, the price jumps to the origional listed pricebefore the sale price and they don't cover shipping and handeling which is outragious to start with. You can actually loose money using the coupons. To top it all off, this exclusive membership isn't free. It cost $99.00 to be a member. Believe me, if this isn't a ripoff then what is?
