My home had a balloon payment.  Terms allowed for refinance up to 23 years.  They called the loan due and refused to refinance.  I was not in default.  They did not disclose that I had a RGHT in my contract.  I am over 60 and my husband is over 65 and was ill during this time.  They were polite in emails, but abusive on the phone.  The actual president, Chris Woelffer swore at me and called me a deadbeat and other terrible names, like MFer, and A..hole, etc. becaue I missed a phone call with him.  

They never formally denied my application, but insisted that IF they refinanced, they could order me to sell the property in within one year.  This is against the law.  That cannot be a condition of a loan.   Later, when I WAS NOT IN DEFAULT, the bank sent notices to my tenant causing him to flee.  Then it was difficult to pay the mortgage, but I did somehow make ends meet.

I was never procecuted for a Foreclosure and next thing I knew, my house was sold by the bank.  And... they had the nerve to get the money, pay me nothing of the equity and then put a 90,000 past due on my credit report.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK...EVER!  It's was started by a group of rich guys in their back yard and they think they are above the law.  They have two locations only.  Better to deal with a real bank.
