Lisa Pitts is the co owner of this temporary employment agency. She is currently in Federal Court for not paying nurses. She has blacked balled nurses and other staffing agencies with lies and deceit. Lisa has fired numerous employees in her office without reason and has used profanity when addressing both nurses and employees. She has a convicted felon named Christina as her office manager and the two are nothing but shameless. A number of nurses have worked for her in NC and have not been paid!!! Beware of this woman she takes money from both healthcare providers and capitalist , works ya and doesn’t pay us! She also has a horrible attitude and this forum is for all those to speak up and speak out put this woman out of business! She hides behind the Lord and it’s time we expose the woman. Steadfast Medical Staffing will not pay you! They operate out of a shabby office and now only accepts appointments because she’s afraid hiding in that back office! Lisa’s Board of Nursing License is corrupt with horrible Findings! License #0002-057933 Virginia. Again this woman curses us nurses out, Black balls us if we don’t work all her shifts and will go to any measure to humiliate you! I’m sure you who are reading this has encountered her antics! Stay away from this Agency! We started complaining about her on Facebook and now we’re in Federal Court fighting for our wages! Proceed with caution! Lisa calls her nurses Hood Nurses and puts us down every chance she gets, all we are trying to do is feed our families!
