You have to make you and your company look really good dont you? I got an advance 3 times while driving for you.. I never recieved 725.00.it was 300.00 and yes I had to pay tolls to drive...and you never reimburssed me for that..as you never paid me a check whatsoever. I drove over 4000 miles for you and I never got one check..not nothing... You are in the wrong business to treat people this way. You wanted me to travel another 500 miles to unload on the second Friday...while I was on my 34 hour break.  I told you I would if you paid for my DOT Ticket when they found out that I was on my break...you told me you would not pay my ticket...and if you remember I told you I would not go against DOT regulations..I have been driving for 25 years and have never had a ticket while on my trucking jobs. You ask me to do something illegal and I would not do it. On that second Friday I was to receive my first pay check and you refused to pay me anything...even my toll money.. My wife even called you as we had rent to pay and utilities and you refused to pay me..Just to let you know because of you lying to me..I lost my home..got kicked out and had to go to court and lost a few more things because of you not paying me a dime. You told a blare face lie to Dept of Human Services and told them you paid me as I went to try to get help with food for my family. You are a disgusting liar and one day in Gods eyes you will get paid back for what you did to me and my family. I have wrote it off as it put me in a bind but I learned my lesson and not work for a foreignor......Good Luck with your so called business. I hope and pray that you dont do any other driver like you did me and caused me and my family alot of anguish. I have never seen a company treat or lie on someone more than you do...I dont even know how you can lay your head down at night and sleep without demons hacking at you. There will come a day you will get yours when this world comes to its end. 

This guy is a SCAM!!! Do not hire JEFFREY VERNON MONTGOMERY as a truck driver!

Dear Jeffrey, we sincerely hope that no other trucking company will have to deal with a driver like you, because you are dangerous to any trucking company and you should stay away from the roads!

We will take our time to respond to your false, incorrect message that you are sending to other people. First of all Stela Express, Inc is a small family owned company (owner - Lithuanian) operating 8 trucks, at the time you were hired there were 6. We did hire you over the phone and paid your travel and stay expenses to get the job. You were told you will get paid after 2 weeks working for us. It is our company's policy to hold 2 weeks deposit which you signed when you filled the application. But you were also told that you can get $200,- in advances a week, before you will get your first paycheck. You were hired on 08/01/2013. The first advance you received was on 08/01/2013 for $125,-. Your second advance on 08/04/2013 was for $150,- and the third was on 08/07/2013 for 100,-. In the first week working for us you received $375,-. And we did an exception for you and gave you more than $200,- a week, because you said you were broke and we did want to help you out. The second week you received $350,- in advances. The $200,- on the 08/11/2013 and $150,- on the 08/15/2013. And again we gave you more, because you were in great need telling your phone was broken and your family needed. So total working for 2 weeks $750,- in advances! We wonder why you never mentioned in your complaint article about having a "road trip"with your family with our company's truck! The dispatch heard a baby crying and Jeffrey had to tell he had his family with him in the truck! It gave us goose bumps! Our company's policy strictly prohibits unauthorized passengers in the truck, which Jeffrey signed. And there you had a baby! It's so outrageous and irresponsible! The first weekend Jefferey told the company his mother was having health issues with her heart. So he spent the whole first weekend in TN not driving, because we let him go to see his mother. The next thing we know he had the his wife and baby in the truck after that weekend! Besides his mother being sick, his phone broken, someone has broken into his apartment and stole everything... These were the stories coming from Jeffrey one after another. The second week driving the dispatch saw him going out of route (luckily we have GPS tracking devices installed in our trucks) and he called him to find out what was the reason for that. Who knows where he was going. Since he was caught he apologised and swore not to do that again and went back on track. But instead of delivering his last load to Houston, TX he went home to Muskogee, OK and parked the truck there refusing to deliver the load, first saying he had a high blood preassure, then refusing to deliver the load before he gets paid first! After all the stories and unexceptable behaviour we did not know what this guy was up to anymore. So we had to call the police to help to get our equipment back and deliver the load and be safe! It cost the company $500,- for towing the truck and the storage. Plus an extra plane ticket to fly another company's driver to deliver the load. On top of it there is claim on this load! And with all expenses you owe Stela Express, Inc money! By the way Jeffrey, Department of Human Services did contact us and we did tell then you got paid $725,- in advances. We do have all the records with your name, amounts and the date it was issued with Fleet One checks.

So before you try to put a black spot on somebody elses name you should take care of your own issues. You should look for a job in some different field other than trucking, because you are nothing but trouble and a nightmare for trucking companies! You got away easy, because your driver's license should be banned. You should not waste your energy trying to blame somebody else for your own immature unexceptable behaviour!
