Per the ebay product the seller, Stephan Bencze, sold me the product description stated under the Warranty section the if the drive EVER FAIL WITHIN 3YRS
of purchase please return it to them directly for a replacement. As the product is less than 18
months old, the seller should accept the return of the drive and replace it, however when I contacted him regarding shipping the drive back to him he refused to accept the drive, and instructed me to send it to the
manufacturer. The warranty he posted stated to return the drive to him
directly, not the manufacturer, for replacement. This is unacceptable, and seller stopped responding to my messages and request to resolve the dispute or to provide a refund.
That is outright failure to perform to the terms of the warranty, and Stephan Bencze needs to provide a full refund to make good on his promise and word.
