Two months prior to the end of the lease agreement, she started to call, text, and email when we did not respond. She wanted to know if we were going to extend the lease. She stated she was going to show the property, and could come in and out without notifiing us. The law states the tennant has the right to be given 24 hour notice prior to coming to the property.

On the 21 of Feb, the landlord came to us with an extended lease for more than we had origanally agreed. It was an email that she expected and harassed us to get back with her on. We did not respond within 12 hours, and she started calling and texting. She called and text relentlisly including at my new job.

We have paid the rent in full each month. Never a question!!! Do not rent from this woman, please google her beforehand. You will not regret it!!!!!! Sorry to be so negative, just looking out for all of you!
