I have known Stephanie for over 13 Years and My Wife and I took a Vacation to South Korea. Out of the Kindness of My Heart I Gave Stephanie Rapp a Place To Stay for She was In the Process of Moving and looking for a Place To Live/Rent. My home has Surveillance Cameras and Fiber Optic Cameras all over For I have a Private Art Gallery.

Everything seemed to be going fine She seemed mentally stable and was looking out for our home. I talked to her on a Tuesday and Everything seemed fine. While in South Korea my phone was ringing in the middle of the night.

When I woke up the Alarm had gone off and the Police had come by the house for She was throwing dishes, paintings and Wine Bottles Into the Street. The Neighbors Had Called the Police for She was Stealing Paintings Placing Them In her Car and Had Broken the Kitchen Window throwing wine bottles and dishes onto the Patio.

She had shown no issues of Mental Instability and was arrested taken to a Mental Institution. Her dog had gone to the bathroom all over a brand new temperpedic bed and She even threw onto the Street Irreplaceable Antique Porcelain. She stole Jewelry went through personal belongings and Stole Silverware.

I have all this on Surveillance Camera and She did 200k worth of damage to personal property and additional theft. She is being Charged with Felony Grand Theft and Even Did Damage to the Garage Door while Driving her Car Intoxicated.

The Surveillance Footage Shows Her topless on the Street throwing Porcelain and Putting Stolen Property In her Car which turned out to be borrowed. This Woman Cannot Be trusted and the Alameda County District Attorney and Hayward Police Department Are issuing a Warrant for her arrest.

She Currently is In a Mental Institution and Once Released Will Hopefully Be In Prison for the Next 5-10 Years. The Above Statement is True and Video Evidence Supports this. Do not trust this Woman, hire her or Believe a Word She Says.

She has no remorse and is so delusional claimed I poisoned her somehow from 6000 Miles Away. I Spent 10k Replacing the Bed She Destroyed and have to thoroughly go through my home to see what else is Missing. BOLO Be on the look out.
