Anarc_v_graphics AKA Anarchygraphics on EBay Steve W. Chambers (aka) C_v_graphics AKA Anarchygraphics Seller sold me a large vinyl decal and mailed me a small blank red sticker paper in a 13.25 inch tube. Committed FRAUD upon me big time. Reading Pennsylvania

This was a transaction on eBay. I purchased item number 350022840436. It was a large-type vinyl decal. I believe it was forty dollars ($40) or something like thirty nine dollars and ninety five cents ($39.95). I cannot recall the exact measurements but the smallest side was nineteen (19) inches. It was a Death Proof vinyl (like the design on the 1970 Chevrolet Nova in the movie Death Proof).

This seller on eBay (Real Name: Steve W. Chambers) who is now selling by the name c_v_graphics is a big time scam/fraud artist. Here is the URL for his profile:

Well, this guy used to sell under the name anarchygraphics. Now the account for that name is no longer a registered user. Here is the URL anyway:

You can see my transaction about half way down the page. And these people are the SAME PEOPLE because if you look at c_v_graphics profile you can see he still has his store name as anarchygraphics. Here is the URL for that:

I suppose he scammed and committed fraud against enough people that he either chose to change names or possibly eBay intervened in some way. I do not know for sure.

What I do know for sure is what happened to me. As you can see from reading the profile on anarchygraphics, there were a lot of people who were waiting a very long time for their items to arrive. Some even got items that were not what they purchased. Anyways, I had sent a money order for my payment method. Currently I recommend PayPal or something where you can get some buyer protection. It was this lack of a secure-type payment method that allowed him to take advantage of me easier. And I have a feeling that most of the people who had the most trouble with him might have sent money orders. But that part is only my speculation.

What is a fact is that my transaction started off slow. I had not received my item. After a couple weeks I called him. I was surprised to hear someone answer. It was a residential line I suppose because he answered with just a "hello" and sounded like he was hung over and just woke up. I questioned him about my order. He confirmed he had received my payment but that he was running behind because he had been in the hospital. I totally understand people who are either sick or have loved ones that are sick but I've talked to several people who have heard the hospital sob stories from bad eBay sellers. Sound common to you? But I didn't judge at the time. I said that was fine. No problem. He said he was going to get it out very soon. Before my item arrived I had sent a couple e-mails to him also. And it was almost a month. Right under 4 weeks when I got my "package" from him. It was a tube that measured thirteen and one quarter (13.25) inches. If you know vinyl, you roll it up and ship it. You DO NOT FOLD IT. So I knew right off that something was wrong because the shortest side to my vinyl was nineteen (19) inches. So the tube I was expecting would've had to at least been nineteen inches. But it was thirteen and one quarter inches instead. I opened it and inside was a BLANK piece of red sticker paper. I HAD BEEN SCAMMED!!

I was done screwing around with this guy. My mistake was not taking a picture of my item. Which I kick myself to this day for not doing. Because I sent the item to eBay to show them the scam this guy was running. We had each left negative feedback for each other, arguing our cases. I had to contact eBay several times about the situation, pointing out that I had mailed them the so called item. Eventually the negative feedback was removed from my account. THANK YOU eBay. I appreciate your honesty. So I got no quarrels with eBay. Just this scum bag. He committed fraud against me and I warn any other people who purchase anything from him. He may also do other stuff besides sell on eBay. I think this guy actually sells car parts too. WATCH OUT!!
