Several Years Ago , Steve Zarelli and George Boulos purchased two Apollo Astronaut Signed Photographs. Accoring to Mr Boulos, George and his Freind Steve were suspect of one of the signatures of Willian Anders. George Boulos decided to purchase the pair from me.
Mr Boulos notified me that his freind Steve Zarelli was of the opinion that the Anders signature did not look correct. Mr Boulos wanted a refund on the pair. I requested that they both be returned before I could refund. Mr Bouolos stated that he had no intention of facilitating the return to me. Mr Boulos filed a Credit card Chargeback. He kept both items.
I acquired the pair from a reliable dealer in Georgia. This dealer told me that if the items were ever returned, they would in turn issue me a refund for my purchase. Mr Boulos kept both items and has never returned them to me.

I am not used to this forum. It Changed my spelling on me . I am convinced that these two men are friends and they have known one another for some time. Both men have made various false claims about this purchase transaction. I stand by the items I sell. I only expect an item be returned in its original condition in order for me to consider the process of a return.
