Steves auto and salesman Ken give a whole new meaning to the term Dishonest lying used car dealers and salesman. They start lying the minute you walk on the lot. First off they advertise all cars $500.00 down. This changes as soon as you find somthing you like.

It's just hype to get people with bad credit or finance problems on the lot. My sister bought a car from these scumbags, and asked me to file a report for her. she bought a 95 mini van that broke down in heavy traffic 3 days after she bought it. Now they can't remember telling her if there was a problem they would take care of it.

This lying little twerp saleman Ken blew us off for over a week do to a lack of a spine. With one story after another I need to talk to my finance manager, we haven't had time still working on it Blah, Blah, Blah.

When the whole thing was said and done they offered to let us use their mechanic at a discount rate. When I first talked to Ken, I asked if he was the person helping my sister. The first words out of this idiot's mouth were I was until Now. Confused I asked what he meant and he stated I was going to help her until you called with all this hostility. I replied I'm not being hostile I just want to know what you're going to do about it he began to spew off at the mouth how there not responsible the car was sold as is but he was going to see if there was somthing he could (wich turned out to be nothing)

It's true there is a limited liabilities act in utah that can be wiped out if the Words as is are implied (note I had to listen to this fool give his own distorted version of the law). However there is an Implied warranty that the vehicle will do what it is represented to do such as run and drive safely not leave a mother with a 5 month old baby and a 2 year old stranded on I-215 during rush hour.

In retaliation to us complaining they repoed the van a week before its first payment was due charging an additional $250 for repo fees. During this process we were told more lies. We beat the repo people back to the car lot with the payment that wasn't due for a week. They told us they couldn't contact the repo guy. He got out of the van with a cell phone plus they were drinking in the van. There was a six pack of beer in it that my sister had just bought minutes before they took the van. There were 5 when we got it back and an empty on the floor. I myself being dry for 6 years could smell it. It's times like this and that little punk salesman Ken that make me glad I HAVE quit drinking

They are refusing to do anything about fixing this van.
But they do win the all around lying scumbags award.
Stay away from this company and that little weasle of a saleman Ken.
