Received letter of notification that I was a winner in their sweepstakes. Also enclosed two checks drawn on Fifth Third Bank in the amounts of $1, 362.19 and the other for $13,120.25. Also enclosed was a Surety Bond Purchase Requisition Form that they requested I fill out and fax to them.
Also was ask to call the Lancose Exchange Bureau and speak to Patrick Miller for further instructions, clarification and most importantly deactivating the financial block on my enclosed winnings. They also advised that all financial institutions will not negotiate your enclosed winnings unless accompanied by surety bond certificate.
Further, they stated that any attempt to negotiate your winning check withoug contacting Lancose Exchange Bureau will automatically lead to your winning check being voided.
