Stormpay.com fraudulently MANIPULATES personal accounts Ripoff Clarksville Tennessee

It appears that Stormpay has overstepped its role as a payment processor and independently decided that it could manipulate the personal accounts of its customers.

On 7 Feb 2006,it removed almost $5000 from my personal accounts and left me with $10!

And I am not the only one! I would say that hundreds od thousand of people.... just go to the forum at www.moneymakergroup.com and look under "payment processor" and then "stormpay". (Be prepared for the raw anger anguish and deperation....)

Some suffered worse fate: the balances become negative!
Stormpay even debited from their credit cards!
Those who suffered would have either joined 12dailypro, other auto-surf programs or HYIPs.

What is really ridiculous are reports of independent debiting of funds by Stormpay of those who have never joined any of those programs

My question is this:

Can a payment processor unilaterally MANIPULATE THE PERSONAL ACCOUNTS of its customer?

Can you imagine going to the Bank Of America to draw out YOUR money of $5000 (which you deposited the week before) only to be told "It's gone"? ( without a proper explanation!)

Stormpay has been doing that since the early this month.

Stormpay has earlier frozen the corporate accounts of 12dailypro and many other auto-surf programs and HYIPs since the beginning of the month.
The operators of these auto-surf programs and HYIPs are also being denied access to the funds.

Who is going to trust any payment processor anymore when a payment processor can arbitrarily decides the fate of funds under its care!

This is the CRUX of the issue.

Currently "all" fingers points to Stormpay for the biggest fraud online business has ever seen!

Unless the Media and the Authorities really get to the bottom of this,(including the unscrambling of computers), they will become unwitting accessories to this massive con-job.

The stake in monetary is high; hundreds of millions of dollars.
The stake in public confidence is even higher: the perception of sense of justice the United States by the global on-line community!

I like to appeal to the relevant Authorities-on behalf of my online brothers and sisters who have suffered INJUSTICE:

Do not let the culprit get away with this!
