Dear Tammy & Ripoff Report,
We are affiliates of the John Beck organization. We contact the John Beck students after they start the John Beck Real Estate program to schedule a consultation for setting up an LLC (Limited Liability Company).
During the consultation for the LLC the John Beck students are given the advantages and disadvantages of doing Real Estate business with/without having an LLC. The consultants talk to them about asset protection and the benifits of setting up LLC's in various states that have great tax breaks and all they need to have is a resident agent. We, Strategic Financial Companies provide our clients with Resident Agents in the states that require them.
In regards to our clients being told that they need to pay for our services, is accurate. But, they are not forced to do anything that they do not want to do. Clients are given the benefits of LLC and the dangers of not having one and given a choice to go thru with the services or not.
