Strayer University Horrible lack of service, student loans held hostage Internet

I have been a student at this university for several years now and have watched it fall into despair. Service used to be okay, but now it is horrible. Nobody there knows what they are doing and staff is constantly changing due to high turnover. Student loans are not received until the end of the terms, way after they have been filed for and are needed. Staff is rude and cold despite their paychecks coming from our student loans that they fail to give us on time. Do not waste your time with this expensive and poor-service school.
