streamstore by Ariel Sanders Failed to honor Money Back Guarantee and Double Money Back Guarantee for Non-Functional Software Internet

A new software came on the market, which I though was a great and legit way to earn some extra money as an Amazon Affiliate.  The software streams products from Amazon to enable the affiliate to quickly create websites for products to earn a commission as an affiliate.  At first glance, I didn't see any risk involved since they provided a 30 day money back gurantee as well as a double money back guarantee if you did not make money with product.

Unfortunately, I could not immediately go through the tutorials due to two deaths in my familly within a week apart.  However, I started going through the tutorials within 30 days of purchase. The streamstore software created by Ariel Sanders would be a great product if only it worked.  When I first downloaded the theme needed to create my affiliate store, an error came up stating it’s possible malware or someone phishing for personal information. 

I immediately notified the creator of software, but by the time heard back from creator several days later, I was able to fix the problem after taking a long time to research how to download items that has errors, which I should not have been the one putting the time in doing. 

The second issue was he page to enter your Amazon Affiliate Id would not work, so I had to email him again for that issue. Then the plugin that creates the ad templates for social media did not work.  Again I  notified creator, who did not immediately respond.  Three days laters, he stated he would fix it, but issue was still not fixed.  Notified creator again, and he asked if I could grant him access to my wordpress admin to resolve.  This is unheard of and quite unprofessional. Reluctantly, I did, to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it was never fixed and it was worst.

I had to contact Hostgator because when I tried to log in to my admin, it would go to blank screen.  Hostgator confirmed it was the plugin & software for streamstore and suggested I get an updated plugin.  I advised owner of this, and advised issue was not resolved and requested a refund. The creator, Ariel Sanders, had the audacity to ask to give him one more chance to fix it.  This was absurd considering the fact that he failed to fix it after giving him access to my wordpress admin. I kindly asked for a full refund as previously requested, but was told he could not give because it was beyond 30 days, which was not true because I notified him of the issue well within the 30 days. However, his delay in responding to my emails resulted in going over the 30 day mark, which he never fixed.

Also, his marketing states he will give a 100% money guarantee and a double money back guarantee if you do not make money.  I did not make money because software did not work. I feel I was treated unjustly and should have been granted a full refund of $76.93 and double my money back of $153.86 just for my time alone for being put on hold with Hostgator for over an hour to get my website that I paid for up and running again due to his corrupt software and because he did nothing to resolve the issue.

I wasted time going through all the tutorials when to discover the software  does not work properly. This is a total rip off and a scam.  Do not waste your money to buy. I was not refunded nor was a given an updated software.
