First, their 30-day guarantee is misleading. It is ONLY for unopened bottles. So, as soon as you open the bottles, even if it does not work, you are out the money.

Second, you need to obtain an RMA# to return the unopened bottles. I have been trying since day 25 for an RMA by email, but they haven't answered even though their website says, a response will be in 24 hours at most.

When I call the number, they tell me I have to get it by email, that it is "computer generated" and they can't give me one by phone.

Now, my thirty days are up, so I am no longer be under the thirty day line. They will not return my calls, or give me an RMA #.
