Strictly Health Corporation, Hoodoba Diet Pills, ripoff, Dishonest practices or shoddy quality control Neward Delaware

I ordered the special (3 bottles of Hoodoba Pure diet pills) for a total of $157.80. When I opened the box there were only 2 bottles of pills inside. I immediately notified Strictly Health who immediately indicated that the 3rd bottle of pills must have been stolen by UPS!

They said I had to file a claim with UPS before they would consider replacement or credit even though the box delivered by UPS had not been tampered with before I opened it. I would normally have assumed they inadvertently left one bottle out at the time of packing except their customer service rep tells me that could not be the case as all packages are checked and double checked before mailing. So, I am left to conclude they deliberately left out 1 bottle or they have a thief in quality control. Either way - they would have to know they have a problem and mine would not have been the first complaint.

I filed all the appropriate claims on 4/7/06 (and stopped payment on my credit card) but it's been 30 days and I have not heard from Strictly Health since then, and I doubt that I will. After checking them out on the internet I now know there are several entries and that they also have an 'unsatisfactory' rating with the Delaware BBB.

Don't buy from this company.
