Spripe processing services ripped us and our guest off by first refusing to transfering funds to my bank.
Then when I found an alternative method for our guest to pay via paypal, prevented me from refunding the orginal charges.
They closed my account giving reason unauthorized charged which is falase because the guest was right next to me when I ran her card for $254.70 on my mobile device.
First then refused to transfer the funds to my bank and now don't want to me to refund the guest.
I have to use Paypal to get payment since the Guest already checked out to make sure I receive the funds.
Now these crooks don't want me to refund the guests so they are not double billed.
If they refuse to refund guest. I am going to have the guest issue a charge back against Stripe at their expense as a fraudant processor.
Please pressue Stripe to process the refund to my Guest NOW!
