"STS TIRE AND AUTO WILL SUCK YOU IN"
IT'S THE OLD "OH, THAT SERVICE DOESN'T INCLUDE IT, IT'S xxxXXXTRA!!!!
HER'S MY BEEF. THE BILLBOARD SIGN IN FRONT READS "A/C SERVICE $24" THEY DIDN'T TELL ME IT DOESN'T INCLUDE FREON, AS A MATTER OF FACT THEY DIDN'T TELL ME MUCH.
I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR "A/C service". ON THEIR TERMS THAT SERVICE DOESN'T INCLUDE FREON. THEN HOW COME STS AUTO DID NOT CALL ME TO O.K THE ADDITIONAL FREON SERVICE? GOOD QUESTION. WELL THE ADDITIONAL SERVICE SENT MY BILL TO "$183.17 WITH THE DISCOUNTED A/C SERVICE CHARGE INCLUDE IN THERE.
AS I WAS SETTLING MY BILL AN OLDER MAN IN HIS 60'S WALKED IN THE SHOP ,DEFINETLY A SR. CITIZEN, AND ASKS IF HE COULD HAVE HIS EXHAUST LOOKED AT? HE WAS HANDED A WORK ORDER TO FILL OUT THE SAME WAY THEY SUCKED ME IN. "WHAT IS THAT THE SR. REPLIED", THE COUNTER MAN SAID, "THIS NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT BEFORE I CAN BRING YOUR CAR IN THE SHOP" HOOK LINE AND SINKER. THE SR. TOLD HIM TO GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE AND POLITELY LEFT.
LESSON #1 YOU CAN ALWAYS LEARN FROM YOUR ELDERS.
