Bought cellphone at COSTCO; mailed rebate form to Stuart Lee on 3/18/13. Should have received Motorola Navigation Kit within 30 days. Never received it.

Stuart Lee sent a form letter 4/18/13 saying the product would be shipped "within 60 days of this letter" Kit still not received, and no follow-up from Stuart Lee. A reputeable firm would honor their committments, and would have a phone number available.
