I purchased 2 samsung cell phones at a costco kiosk in san jose ca in july 2015. they were through verizon. i was a new customer. i was told i was eligible for a rebate of $200 check for each phone. i submitted the paperwork as told and have never received anything. when i went on the stuart lee website (12 weeks) it says im eligible for only $200 and its pending. Verizon knows nothing about this rebate. I want my $400 as promised.
