Student Debt Solutions LLC They ripped me off and gave false information saying they worked with the goverment. Washington DC Internet

I was contacted by Student Debt Solutions LLC last May 2014. They claimed to be with the Goverment and was helping with student loan forgiveness. I was told my loans would be forgiven and I would pay based of my income. They charged me $698.00 for the loan consolidation. They try to force me in making a quick decision by telling me this offer was for a limited time. They asked me for my loan information and If I didn't have everything they could get. I told them all my loans that I had with Sallie Mae and Great Lakes. They took my Great Lake loans and transfer them to the Dept. of ED with my federal loans from Sallie Mae. I have the exact same payment as before and all my loans are still seperated. It's been a pain for me struggling with trying to dispute with credit card company. My loans were in deferrment as they told me to do since I paid the intial payment. I never knew my loans were not being taking care of until getting collection calls and letters which promted me to call the original lenders. They told me that they never heard of this 3rd party and that I had been ripped off and the service that they were claiming to provide me I could have done free myself.
