Illinois AG Action
As many of you may know, the attorney general in Illinois filed two lawsuits Monday against debt-settlement firms targetign consumers with student loans.

They are breaking the LAW. Run from them and if you signed up cancel your account . They are charging for

something that is your right given to you by Congress and it is FREE. Don't be duped by these scam artists

they are a bunch of liars and the long arm of the law will get them. The whole industry is shutting down and there will be consequnces to be paid and I hope that they get what is coming to them. I am turning them in to the New York State Attorney General who is investigating this industry and will be glad to add them to their list.
