Robert Hancock and Joseph Quinn II's "Stuff With Care" business a total fraud!!! The little voice in my head should have told me to shred the terribly over-photo copied crap flier that I got in the mail just days ago promising me financial freedom if I just stuffed 500 envelopes a week, but like a fool I too sent my check for $25.00 to these frauds.

It wasn't until today that I read these other reports that reasoning suddenly bit me in the behind. We should form an alliance and find the joker at the PO box picking up our checks!! I'm ticked off and humbled and guess who is stopping his check with the bank tomorrow!! I'd rather pay the $20.00 stopped check fee then donate $25.00 to these cons!

Where is the solid productive criticism specified by this site?

AUTHOR: Jacqueline - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, June 21, 2003

First of all, your rebuttal does not specify whether you are responding to the original author of this report, my rebuttal which follows or the entire site. If you are responding to the original author or even others whom might be angry, than I must reply.

Anyone who has been violated may respond with anger, if they so choose. If they have any grasp on reality, they will be angry. Anger can be a healthy emotion, and should not be repressed. They simply seek employment and want to STAY OUT OF JAIL. I don't think they're asking much.

Are you aware of the situation? All that you care about is the possibility of collecting a refund, and some of us being too judgemental, WHEN THERE ARE LAWS BEING BROKEN???? When you participate in MAIL FRAUD, you are in violation of Federal Law.

You have to understand the seriousness of the situations at this site, in other areas, and also detailing mail fraud. I will quote these professionals for an example: "The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is the law enforcement branch of the U.S. Postal Service, empowered by federal laws and regulations to investigate and enforce over 200 FEDERAL STATUES RELATED TO CRIMES AGAINST THE U.S. MAIL. Postal Inspectors investigate any crime in which the U.S. MAIL IS USED TO FURTHUR A SCHEME, WHETHER IT ORIGINATED BY MAIL, TELEPHONE OR THE INTERNET." www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/welcome.htm

What the origianal author did was intelligent, quick-witted, and brilliant. If you think he is too angry, this is your nonproductive opinion. I see NO "solid criticism" here.

I still commend his actions, and hope the problem is resolved, and he put a stop-payment on that check. I would also request he disregard the previous rebuttal, which offers no suggestion, if he chooses.

I also pray no one is discouraged from filing their own reports, because they don't want to be called "too judgemental".

Too quick to be judgemental....

AUTHOR: Pamela - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 19, 2003

I think that everyone here who has a valid complaint or issue should try to not be so judgemental. Everyone is so quick to jump to their own conclusions, that they let anger get the best of them and than nothing gets taken care of as quickly as one would like.

Perhaps you might want to first contact the individual to whom you sent your money to. Either write back to them expressing your desire for a refund or perhaps try placing a phone call to them and leaving a message in regards to your request for a refund.

Several of you have indicated different newspapers where similiar ads have appeared in multiple form. I would suggest that you contact one or all of them for assistance with getting your money back. You might be surprised how much information or feed back you would get. It may be possible that they have refund information available and it's yours for just asking or they have contact information that could get your refund returned to you without incident. It certainly couldn't hurt to try.

Although, you may feel victimized, getting angry about the situation is not going to resolve it any quicker. However, if you chose to do nothing about it, your anger is only at yourself for not keeping your wits about you and taking action to accomplish that which has fueled your fire.

I too have lost hundreds of dollars on many of these bogus work from home schemes, but I have also recovered some of that which is rightfully mine, by just thinking it out and trying my best to remain calm and patient while the process takes its course.

If you wanted to take this one-step further:

I think it's great that you put a stop check on these con artists, who need to be turned into con-victs. The specific division you were ripped off by in San Antonio, Texas also has a web site called: stuffwithcare.com. The owner of this site is also the owner of that mail-drop address you were given. The Administrative contact is: Michelle Quinn direct email: stuffwithcare@satx.rr.com. She is also the billing and technical contact. Here's another number: 210-685-2133.

I hope that if law enforcemnet visits Ripoff.com, they can review this information. If not, at the least, you can accurately report these "Rip-Offs" to the proper authorities.

Great idea! Wish I could have done the same, when they ripped me off. Now they won't get their money from you.

Hope this helps.
