Stylin concepts Stylin Trucks lied about delivery times, billing credit card, changing price of shipping Indiana

I ordered a part for my truck and received a e-mail posting my order number. I was given a delivery date of 7-10 business days. Never received a confirmation, nor a method of delivery or a tracking number. Was told my credit card would not be billed until a tracking number was provided.

After 8 days I called customer service and was given the runaround saying they didnt know anything about shipping or when it would be shipped. Called another number and was told it would be at least 30 days before product could be shipped. Called ny credit card and found they had already billed me for part in deference to their billing policy. Called to  cancel the order and was told order could not be cancelled.

I would have to wait and ship it back once i received the part. I would have to pay shipping to return part. The part was $83.19 and shiipping went from 14.99 to 27.98 without explanation. So, its going to cost me 55.96 in shipping  costs for a product that I dont even have. My order could have been  cancelled since it had not been flagged or processed or shipped. Definitely will not be doing business with these scam artists again.
