On March 3rd 2013 I ordered Used 2005 Chevy truck parts from Subway Truck Parts Inc. over the phone using their website to reference the part I needed. They said it was in stock and took my credit card information and charged me. When I never received the shipment of parts I contacted them again and they said they were out of stock and they would refund my credit card. At this point I was already a little peeved that they had charged my credit card $1687.00 without shipping me the parts! I waited about two weeks and they had still not credited my card. I asked to speak to a manager and got Brad Martin on the phone. This guy was very sarcastic and he obviously didnt have the customers best interest in mind. Anyway, he assured me they had credited my card and i should see the credit before the end of the week. (this was on a Tuesday). I never saw the credit and so I have contacted my attorney at this point. Dealing with these guys was like pulling teeth. Don't make the mistake I made and buy anything from these guys - they are total frauds!

I just spent an hour with my parts software provider and credit card processing company-------NO-ZERO-ZIP amounts for $1687.00! Plus I noticed this fraudulet rip-off poster used SUnday March 3rd as thier date of "rip-off." We are CLOSED on the weekends. Total SCAM and BS rip-off posting!!

This rip-off posting is a LIE and a SCAM in so many ways! First, I became aware of this posting via a "Contact Form" from our webpage. The "contact" was to point our our "negative" reputation and to solicit "reputation defense" at $149.00 per month. Second: This "rip-off" post said they were from the SF Bay area, yet per rip-off report, it was posted from an Arizona time zone. Third: The amount is not a dollar amount that our invoices ever total. And lastly, I invite ANYONE to stop by and I will show you all my numbered receipts to show that WE DID not have a sale, EVER, for $1,687.00!
