I went to a free evening presentation by the company on Real Estate Investing.  At the course they made a sales pitch to purchase a $1200 3-day seminar course on Real Estate Training which they had in a neighboring city.  The topic of the course was supposed to be about educating us on Real Estate Investing and covering all aspects of the topic.  I attended the course but the seminar was not at all advertised:  it was a full 3-days sales pitch trying to up-sell us to their Masters Training program (which was $38,000)!  Only the smallest glimpses of "education" were in the course and the rest of the course was up-selling the next level course.  Completely false advertising!
