Car purchase complaint I bought a car on February 25 2013, 12 hours later had ball joints split and separate, rear trailing arms adjusters bent possibly from wreak or wreaker chains from previous owner. Then on February 28, 2013 had take car into shop to do tune up and emissions, found out wires worn out, and catalytic converter needs replaced and cam sensors bad. Also there was no as is display in car, tried take car back in 24 hours, per 24 return policy, dealer told me he would reimburse me repairs after gotten it done at least half of it, later reneged on agreement.

I also have a witness to the agreement of reimbursement.I wasn't given thirty day tag the day of purchase still don't have it yet, nor since paid cash didn't get title either, was sent home with a test drive tag on vehicle asked for three days for it haven't received it yet. Plus car wont stay started, stops when sitting still, I have paid in three days repair bill of 709.10 including purchase price of 1650. I have tried working this out also with dealer and he has continually put me off all week.

 Today on March 1,2013, I had to take car to dealer for repair of car to pass emissions been here since 9:00 am still haven't had title given to me yet, they also have put false information my bill of sale of location of car dealership and name and phone number.The proper location, name, and phone number is Successful Auto Brokers, at 1591 Hwy 85 north, Fayetteville, Ga. On my receipt it says: Auto's 2 Go LLC the address is 4780 Hwy 5 Suite F-1 Douglasville, Ga.

This is not location I bought car from, also waited to get title to car from 9:00am-6:00pm, when I got title it's is from California and dealer hasn't had it put in his name yet, the application to change it over has three different names and dates, and one date is 02/26/2013, and I bought the vehicle on the 25th they didn't even have possession of it when they applied for the change over. The dealer also without my permission drove my car to emission station and got my emissions done, I checked blue book price also, they sold me a car at good condition price $1650, when it's in fair condition which is $1158.

The dealer also sent my title to me by a relative, he never gave it to me, and with the title he gave me I can't get vehicle even registered in my name now at all, contacted Fayetteville Ga police station, and the municipal court in Fayetteville Ga, and was told to proceed with small claims court on Monday 02/04/2013 I only have three days from that date to get car registered now dealer won't call back or answer my calls. The whole contract is fraudulent and title, this makes the transaction null and void I have been told.

I also have a witness who was there when I got the vehicle and heard dealer make promises to fix the repairs on the car, and pay me at least half of the repairs I done, he reneged on that deal also, they rigged my car so it could pass emissions, however my cam sensors are still messed up, their several electrical problems that makes car cut off while driving as well. Have told dealer he also promised to make all repairs to vehicle and today he decided not to...I was told all this is illegal so I'm want to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency which I did on Tuesday 02/26/2013. Seeking further action Monday.
