Successful Educatioin Online, LLC Charles Hill Dnial that the owners had someone call from the finance dept and told me that I didn't have write a certified letter to cancel contract within 3 business days. Internet

On Thursday, May 19, 2011 I entered into an agreement to buy a product from Successfull Education Online, LLC for $5,249.00, with the understanding that I had three business days to cancel the contract with a certified letter.

On Saturday 21, 2011, my Son, Daughter-in-law and Granddaughter were involved in a very serious accident which put all three in the hospital.  Because of the accident and the fact that I would be traveling out of the State of California, I decided to cancel the contract.

On the following Monday, May 23, 2011, the third business day, I was in the process of writing the certified letter, I thought I would call either Charles Hill or hie brother Nicholas Hill out of courtesy.  I talked to Charles Hill and he said that he would contact his brother and call me back.  I continued to write the letter when I got a call from someone and he said that he was from the financial department at approximately 9:45 am that same day.

I explained my problem about my family being involved in an accident.  He told me to froget sending the certified letter and that he would take care of everything.  He told me the credit of $5,249.00 to my bank account would take about two weeks.  Since, apparently, Charles Hill told him to call me, I had to assume that the fellow from the financial deprtment had the authority to take control of the problem.

On June 2, 2011, I called Charles Hill and then his brother, Nicholas Hill to inform them that I had not received the credit of $5,250.00.  Nicholas Hill informed me that the person from the Finance Department had no right to tell me that I didn't have to send a certified letter of cancelation or did he have a right to tell me he would take care of the cancelation

How was I to know that he, as a representative of Successful Education On Line, didn't have the authority to tell me that he would take care of the cancelation for me?  Mr. Nicholas Hill said that all calls were recorded and he would listen to the tape and call me back.

Mr. Hill didn't call me back on June 2, 2011 or any other day.  I called him back on June 3, 2011 and left messages for him to call me.  Again he didn't call me back.  I have called both Charles Hill and Nicholas Hill many times since then and left messages to call back.  No return calls were ever made.

When my bank, Capital One tried to help by writing and calling Successful Education On Line, the banker assigned to the case was told that I was never called and told that I didn't have to send a certified letter.  In other words, I was tricked into not sending a certified letter.  They would do anything rather than give me back my $5,250.00.
