As a customer of Sumas Shipping for over 10 years I was always happy with the service and the people that worked there. That all changed when Carl and his wife were hired after the previous couple retired. Carl is rude, mean and hot tempered, and thinks it's ok to swear and strike customers. I made Carl's bosses aware of his rude and disgracefull behavoir.
BEWARE CANADIANS!!! IF CARL DOESN'T LIKE YOU HE WILL MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT TO THE US BORDER PATROL AND CAUSE YOU TO BE SEARCHED EVERY TIME YOU COME INTO THE US!!! There are many other companies that provide what they do and it is highly recommended to stay away from Sumas Shipping.
