In the middle of December, 2008, I phoned SUPPLE to order some drinks for arthritis relief. After ordering, I was told I was the 100th customer, therefore I had won a Vacation Package. Before it registered with my brain, I had given Joyce my credit card number and was billed $248 for a Vacation Package as follows: ~ 4 days and 3 nights in Napa Valley, California ~ 2 tickets ~ 4 days and 3 nights in Anaheim, California ~ 2 tickets ~ 3 days and 2 nights in Las Vegas, Nevada ~ 2 show tickets. When I went on line to see the package, nothing was on the website except "my vacation package." Income and job status was not mentioned on the phone, but I was told by Joyce (in Florida) that I could sell the package on E-bay, as it was worth $1600. When I went back to the website 2 weeks later, I saw something new, "Terms and Conditions" and "Terms of Promotion," although it was darkened, as though it was not valid. I played with the website for a while and found a way to read this. These terms said that I must be employed (I am not), that the combined family income must be $50,000 (I am 76 and living on Social Security which is nowhere near that amount), and it also stated that I could not sell the package (although Joyce said that I could sell it on E-Bay). I called the phone number on my credit card bill, got an answering machine twice, and although I gave my name and number, my phone call was not returned. I finally found a number for Customer Service (1-866-280-3120) and they had pat answers for each of the terms that I could not meet, refusing to refund my money. After reading some SCAM reports and RIP-OFF reports, I realized how naive I was, and I had to cancel my credit card so I would not be charged more (as I read this was happening to other unfortunate buyers). I am enraged. Can anyone help me?
