 Summit Health LLC, Testing for Wellness, (Joe Lapner President), United Medical Network frauded me out of $12,000.  Summit Health llc is using the companies above to sell distributorships, via a fake recruiter contacting you with false promises of monthly income, using false referrels: Bill Douglas St Louis earning $31,000 monthly, Nigel Simpson Ark. earning $26,000 monthly, Jack Warner OH earning $26,000 monthly, Liz Kizer earning $14,000 monthly and finally a Dr Ron Keys which went on and on about the opportunity and know one else is doing this and you would be a fool not to invest.

I sold several test kits and signed up several people that sent them in and got back teir analysis and then they bought supplements with no problems. I got my commission checks for each month (September 2013 through January 2014) until February of 2014 so I tried to email Joe Lapner, Jackie and Omar, but all were returned as unknown email address. so then I tried to call 3 different phone #'s I had for them but all were disconnected and the websites: testingforwellness.com and summithealthllc.net were gone.

I would like to get my money back for the unsold Urine Test kits I bought fom them so if anyone has any information on how to get to Joe, please let me know.

I did the research just like all the others that have posted about this ripoff and thought it was legit, and it appeared to be for 4 onths, but now I can't get ahold of anyone.

Be Careful, this is a scam and I will be contacting a lawer if I can't get my money back.
