Prior to the Christmas Holidays we ordered 2 screen printed tee shirts from this company. Prior to placing the order I spoke to a young lady from their toll free number who assured me that while they were busy with the holiday rush I would have my order in just a few days.

We have been watching a daily update tick tick tick away and finally 4 days ago contacted the company and asked what the hold up was and the folks at the toll free number assured me the order was now being marked "rush" and I should look for my tracking number in a day or two.

This morning the order status has changed to "16" days old and there's some line of bull about delays in color or selected sizes. For the first time this morning I visited Sun Frog's Facebook page and discover many unhappy customers.

I have sent emails, made multiple phone calls and still do not have our tee shirts and when I inquired 4 days ago about a refund I was advised that it would take 21-30 days to fund my $42.38 back to my checking account.

This is getting old very fast and if this company isn't able to ship our order then they should have the professionalism to say so. If they are a "fly by night" as some of their facebook followers are saying then I fear it may be a $42.38 lesson against online shopping.
