Having worked with this individual I found out that this person very unprofessional. Most of the times he will not pick up his phone and his voice mail box is usually full. You can try 732.254.6744 yourself.
In my situation he filed my personal tax incorrectly and asked me to get trasncripts from IRS, which I did, althougth he was responsible for this. Yet, he never returned my phone calls. I had paid him already and therefore, I have not choice but to switch to some other CPA.
Similar situation with my comapany too, he is withholding information that is crucial for me to transfer my paperwork to the new CPA. There was a payment due on my side as he had mailed the invoice to my old address. He called me and we agreed that after I pay him he will release the info. I paid him immediately and tried to call him a number of times, but mail box was full, always.
Then I sent a return receipt letter telling him that I will file a complaint against him. He got very furious and called me as soon as he got the letter, this time priomising me to mail the informmation next morning. That was early April and today is almost end of May. I am still waiting to hear from him.
I would like other people who are hurt by this person to come forward.
I promise to add one more report if this situation is amicably resolved by Mr. Sunil Vakharia to my satisfaction.

My father has been a licensed CPA since 1974 and I have worked for him
My biggest question is - is he a licensed CPA?
If he is then get it yanked - There are only 400,000 + Licensed CPAs in the Country
Any Good CPA never EVER keeps his mailbox full - Bad move
