As a small business owner myself, I am disgusted at this Dealership and its principals who basically spite me and my wife (after getting their monies from a sale) and how they conduct their business as they do. And we have been fleeced by these individuals since we purchased a supposed brand new 2014 Clipper deluze pop-up camper wiith slideout in April 2014. It was purchased late April 2014, and subseuqently was returned within days due to many problems arising right from the get-go, including the slideout opening on the highway the very night it was driven from Dealership. I likewise am upset with myself not buying a higher quality travel trailer elsewhere which we were to do, until we came back a 2nd time to view Sunrise again on this slideout popup camper and they took more monies off price to keep us local and we believe these people, and even a job offer they gave to my unemployed wife asking for her resume all in course of making this sale to us. 

This lemon of a camper could NOT have been gone over as is required by Law before being let go as a "good packaged product bill of sale", with the magnitude of problems we endured, as if it was a salvaged repaired item hidden from us or the simple fact of product liability which could have lead to us being killed on the highway. There is something VERY wrong with this camper and we do not want it nor feel safe with it nor want any "repaired" brand new camper after what hapepned and how they treated us after the sale. 

We told them of problems immediately and they only act like we are strangers, got their profit markup monies from the lender's loan to us, and now only want to submit this supposed brand new trailer under warranty repair so they make even more monies off the trailer, when the fact is, NO transportation type product whatsoever, purchased brand new, and required to be fully tested and checked over, should fall apart literally hours after it leaves the lot. This is what happened to us and we are outraged.

My wife dropped off the camper at their lot which was supposedly closed the day we did so, and she subsequently was harrased by the owner and GM and others and berated and made to feel worthless and foolish for our complaints, locked gates behind her, and refused to let her out unless she signed a work order authorizing said warranty repairs! Problem is, my wife NEVER is on any of the loan or closing docs whatsoever and has no legal fiduciary responsibility for it, and how they treated her which shames her still and makes her sick to death with all the manhandling they did to her unbeknownts to me at the time till she returned home. When I tried calling them upset over seeing how she was mistreated, the owner and others on the phone made fun of me, mocked me, and laughed at me saying they are "legally untouchable" and they are right and we are wrong...

We then hired a lawyer to demand they take this lemon of a camper back and buy the loan back to Ally Financial (Lender) and even had this documented with lender too. We already had the County Tax offices rescind the property tax bill on this now due to the Demand Letter our lawyer issued to Sunrise. And Geico as well has credited the full comp policy costs back to us as well seeing this Demand Letter. YET, Sunrise itself refuses to return our downpayment monies or even pay monies back to Ally and have ignored the deadline given by our lawyer to do the right thing without going into a full lawsuit and trial.

Now we have moved forward with suing these folks as this kind of predatory behavior needs to be stopped against the general public, and anyone else with similar experiences can reach us in e-mail at (((REDACTED)))@aol.com.
