Super jet Van Lines Pack it, Break it, Deny it Clifton New Jersey

Deceptive, excuses, liars, and rude is right. Don’t be fooled by the friendly sales consultant. Stay as far away from this company as you can! Their motto should be pack it, break it, deny it. We wanted to wrap my mom’s antique china ourselves but Super Jet told us it would not be covered by insurance if we did, so we paid extra to have Super Jet do the packing. The china arrived broken, wrapped in plastic produce bags.

I sent the pictures to Super Jet. The response was “we don’t use plastic produce bags”. It gets worse. The box of broken china was inventoried by the mover as “PBO (packed by owner),” so now our insurance claim will probably be denied. I couldn’t agree more with Ripoff Report #1057010. Google it and read it. And don’t bother emailing them after your bad move. You’ll never hear back.
