super movers Contract Fraud ; bait and switch ; Santa Fe Springs, California

I requested quotes for moving and this "super movers" sent me a moving special as stated below.  I called two times to review this offer and ask about undocumented charges.  William told me they are credible and there would be no other changes other than the hourly rate.

When they arrived they told me of a minimum 3 hr charge...okay fine.  Although when I asked they didnt say there was a minimum.  Then they tell me there is a transportation fee of an additional $150 (2x the quoted rate) for drive time....in the advertisement/contract this is not mentioned....so I am paying an hourly rate for the movers and then 2x the rate more when the truck is moving.  The contract says, no transportation fees, no mileage fees, no charge for stops etc etc. So I told them I will find someone else and they want to charge me.  I asked about BBB practices and Matt F said they dont believe in the Better Business Bureau because the BBB are crooks....I am thinking Super Movers are crooks and very deceptive.  Will not use again.
