Wish I had seen the other reports before ordering from these scam artists. I placed my order on July 8th and it is now Nov 12th and they keep giving me the runaround. I never received my product and after months of emails and promises to refund my credit card, I finally spoke with a customer service agent. She promised to send me my original order and some additional product to make up for the "delay". Then, next thing I know, I get another email telling me that they can't send out my order because it was cancelled because of the supposed refund. Talk about a runaround and a Catch 22! It is now too late to reverse the charge through my credit card company so at this point I have no recourse. BEWARE!
