The 30 days began at date of shipment. Shipment received 6 days into the 30 days.

Had a very bad health reaction to supplements within a few days, which kept me down for almost 3 weeks. Placed a phone call for required RMA, never received return call. Sent E-mail approxiamately same time, no reply.
Placed call #2, encountered stubborn c/s rep, demanded to speak with a supervisor. Who was in a meeting and unavailable, rep promised a return call from a supervisor the following Monday (now 59 days after shipment date!).

Monday came and went, no return phone call.
Call #3: Encountered verbatim exactly the same conversation as call #2, even unavailable supervisor in a meeting. Again, promised a return phone call, this time I Demanded a follow-up email.

As a disabled individual, living on a limited income, the $80.00+ this has cost me is unfair and simply a consumer rip-off.

**Important to note: My doctor and I discussed this supplement. We both had high hopes that I would receive some of the benefits stated. Why my system rejected the supplements so dramatically is unknown. This information is not only being presented to future consumers, but also clearly stated to SuperFoods RX when I finally "spoke" to an actual human being!
***Beware, this company clearly indicates that the bottom line matters much more than the human factor!
