This outfit got my business about 3 years ago
They regularly attempt to get current customers signed up for the guaranteed yearly price which has been ridiculously high each year. After negotiating they have come down but how many accept the high offers?
This year same thing but I decided I had had enough . Informed them in Sept of my intention to change . They continued to take my monthly annualized payments through several months in spite of calls to cease. Always "in the system to fix" Then claimed they could do nothing till the tank was returned which happened early January. Then Timmins did not report when the tank was delivered so held up again. After about 10 calls ,waiting 30 minutes + each time, they reported they have the tank. This was early March. Since then still waiting for my account balance of over $1500 ! Now away so Hope the cheque is in my mail when I get home. Will report further then

Cheque written May 12

Finally got a cheque but no final account statement!
Cheque was written May 12 & couried May 13!
So took since cancelling contract in September till mid May to settle the account!
Persistence pays off.
Now I will pass my experience around to all local Superior customers.

Phoned today again
Told that the cheque did not go ahead Tuesday --printed today
It is"being sent courier"
No way bill available
Will be" provided later"
Asked operator if she enjoyed working for such an incompetent outfit
When this is finally over I explained I will provide a copy of this file to every customer I can identify in the area

No Call No Courier No cheque as promised
So a new call
"Will have supervisor Charisse call before noon"
No call at 2:45PM
On my call rep reviewed & found note that a mistake had to be corrected so no cheque on May3'rd
New cheque run today
"Will be MAILED Friday!"
I said I was promised a couriered cheque on May3'rd so see if it can be arranged NOW

I plan to document this entire BS episode & hand deliver to every Superior customer I can find!

On My return NO cheque after a month
So a new phone call
response-- apologized & said a cheque will be couriered after next cheque run May3rd
