It’s regarding Superior Solutions also knows as Superior Group, Superior Sim and Ahsan Javed with whom I bought a official unlock service for two iPhones locked by Japan's KDDI.

I first place an order through the website and made a payment of $ 70.00 US through the payment service Skrill. "Order ID: #90650 Status: PendingDate Added: 18/10/2016

Products: 1 - Total: $70.00"

Them i received a e-mail saying: "This is Urgent Email To Notify About Your Order iD:90650 That You Send Payments To Wrong Email address and this Account Was Closed So We are Cant Start Proccess"

After open a case with Skrill they say that i have to ask the seller to do a refund! I contact them again and they said that they do not have access to that account anymore and nothing could be done at that moment but they promissed to solve the problem!

After that i send another $ 140.00 US expecting they will refund the first payment!

I placed an order for two unlock service on 20/10/16. The time for delivery was from 3 to 5 days.

Time went by and three months later after i call on them many times asking about my order i received the following:

Updates: 5th Dec 2016 ,Dear Customers, Who's Placed Order on Our Server/Website For Officially Factory Unlocking Services For iPhones Any Network From 5th December 2016 Till 15th Dec 2016. This Notice For Them, If Your Order Completed So ignore this Email.

This Delaying Notice: That Our Source For Officially Unlocking All Networks is Direct Source and Officially Is Down Or Maintenance Till 25th Of January 2017. So We Apology With All Of Your`s For This Delaying But All Orders Between Mentioned above time Must be Completing Last time is 25th Jan 2017. Also may All Orders Completed within or before above Mentioned Time Period But Not More Delay Our Given This Time.So Please Corporate And Connecting With US.

If Any Update From Server We Receive At Same time We update To all Customers.Thanks For Corporate with Us.

We now on march and so far nothing, no service and no refunds of my $ 210.00 dollars. They do not answer my calls anymore and disappeared from Whatsapp and every other ways but still advertising his services via e-mail
