superior walls collier foundations absolutely refused to take responsibility for their mistake heidelberg, Pennsylvania

first of all i am not a contractor and know nothing about foundations, home building, and any codes contractors must abide by. I looked at all options of getting a new home. I decided to get a modular/double wide home, and use 8" 2' superior walls for my foundation. they are pre cast wall panels put together at the home site. I sent them all the floor plans of the home,point loads, and beam locations. they gave me a booklet to give to my escavater. in the booklet was  a very detailed description of how to have the home site prepared for the installation of the foundation walls. In the booklet there are references to several codes that must be followed. Me and my escavater looked over the booklet and followed the site prep. layed out by the booklet, and everything was by code like they wanted. superior walls came and installed the wall panels. my escavater noticed something odd with the beam pockets. we measured the distance from the bottom of the beam pocket, to where the basement floor will be. the height did not comply with local code. if the beam was in place your head would almost hit the beam. also the beam pockets in the side walls were too shallow. i immediately contacted them. the salseman mike patterson came to the site so i could show him the mistake. he told me you signed the papers this is what you get. I called his boss,Matt, he gave me the run around for weeks, he said he will figure out a solution. finally he said you signed the papers you will have to pay for the mistake! I contacted his boss, Bill, I asked him if it is normal buisness practice to sell people a product that doesnt comply with local code. he said quote " yes it is". he said whatever is on the papers you signed, that is what you get. Well i looked at the papers i signed, and i found there are 2 papers with 2 different beam pocket sizes on each. Superior walls by collier foundation system inc. knew i was putting a home on this foundation, they knew i was planning to finish the basement, they should of knew the code and they should fix this problem. not to mention the side walls where the beam pockets were made to shallow. they flat out refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes, and refuse to fix this mistake which will cost me thousands of dollars. they only got half of their money for the job and now they want the rest, even though the job isnt done rite. there will come a day when these dishonest people meet there maker, god have mercy on their soul
