I like to report I unprofessional paintless dent repair training  what I experiencet with - Superiorautoinstitute / nodents.com

( Brian Jump ) .  I went to PDR training to Sarasota Florida on beginning on December 2015. Before the training started Brian told me I have to buy tools from his company . He want it to sel me a 50pc set for $1295.  And I find his ebay sight he was selling a 275 PC set for les the $1000. I felt like he tryd to over price me a 50 pc set..then I bout his 275pc set, but when I got the set wasn't like the one on the pic,, got me a bit disapoyted . Then when I started to use he's set I notice that the tolls ware started to fell a part,,the repare rads didn't flex they bend,, not good quality ,. I don't buy any more tools from him and I don't recament them ..they look like prototypes  or he made some of them..

 Then abt my training,  tha trainer (Keath ) hie wos late every day ,take close to 2 h lunch everyday ,,and smell like alcohol .

tha training was at the used car garage /body shop , was in a parts storige room, next to a toallet,.there was no class room.Abt 10 ft from as was a paint boot.  Sometimes couldn't se from the paint fog. One day we have to finish training early coz I couldn't breathe from the strong paint fog.  Most of the time the training wos 4-5 h a day all togeder . I never c the trainer fix any dent. I fent like I spend my money and time for nothing.  Brian promes me a sertaficasion but I never got one.. After the training I send my complain to Brian and ask for my refund. He's not answering my email, and give my story to his lawyer. His not much better,. Hi sent me a paper to sign ,and he want me to  post good things abt his training and tool set, so he will give me some $ back. I emailed to his lawyer , I'm not going to lie ..

I don't want anybody make same mistake is I made.  !!!

(. I have not get any refund )  Brian is a lier , and he sels useless tools,,and tha training is wasted $, and time,,
