Superiorrugs.com ripoff sent wrong item, wouldn't send a return shipping label so I could return it for the right item. Emailed 6 weeks. avoid this ripoff company on ebay Internet

I ordered a rug from this company. They sent the wrong rug which was smaller and different colors than the rug I ordered. I asked for a return shipping label so I could send it back. After 7 emails since June 22nd of them promising to send me the shipping lable "the next day", I just put the rug on ebay to try and sell it. At one point, they told me the label HAD been sent along with the correct rug. But the next email I received, they said they would ship the label "the next day".

They had me send pictures of the rug I received, a picture of the model number on the back, and they still didn't send me the label. Also, they told me that if they sent me the correct rug they would charge me 15% of the sales price. But I never got the chance to do that either.

The cost was 59.12 and if it doesn't sell on ebay, there are more costs for me.

People need to avoid this company.
