This company is doing illegal business practices they call them self a large LLC company and use Craig's List to conduct fraud, Collecting personal data including SS#'s from new recruits new workers looking for work in the Events Planning Activies Field. Bookng big events with well named companies, taking care of Events like Harvest Fall Festival at the New housing development at 2401 Wallis Ranch Road, Dublin, CA 94568 on Sept. 29th 2018.  After providing all their information required to get hired using an hidden websie and online forms they contacted me confirming my hire. 

I was asked to report to duty at 0930AM and worked the whole day without a break. After work asked for my pay, i was told that I would need to wait for 15 days?  A few other were also told the same, a few others got a white envelope with exact cash inside. 700 people registered attendee were at this event they also collected cash for Hot Dogs & soft drinks.    They use out of State Burer Phones-Like my hiring Supervior David Agular(702)4837746 and Temporary email address from Craig's List which both stop in 15 days,  I am attempting to take them to small claims court and served them court papers to appear, but I received a txt message for me to call them which I did, the rep. Dollia claims they are a small family owned company and never go that far North?  They said,  I have the wrong company and they will write the small claims court with a letter to that effect!  Dollia said, she called David's phone# (702)4837746 and tried to talk to David, because other beside me were also not paid,  but said, he blew her away!, saying he was in a meeting and could not talk on the phone then said, she was crazy?  Then I ask her specifically what he said, then she changed her story and said, he never talked to her on the phone only TXT her? 

Their are rules and regulations a LLC must follow in order to stay in business, they have broken most of them and hurt people with hiring and not paying employees.  Not all employee were not paid, they pick an chose who get paid and who they have wait 15 day and not get paid.   If any of you were also employed and not paid, please contact our legal dept.  We need to stop this Greed!  They made alot of money from this event their is no reason for them not to pay its workers.  I have contacted the FBI, Homeland Security, FTC, Attorney General we need to take action this is a scam which falls thru the cracks and I plan on stoping it one way or another!  CASE#HS18927886 Superior Court of California, County of Alemeda, 24405 Amador Street, Hayward, CA 94544.
