I conducted a mystery shop for Franchise Compliance to have my rugs cleaned for the client Chem Dry. It was conducted on April 22, 2012. As of today I have yet to be paid. I have had emails to 2 different schedulers. I have pretended to be a company wanting to have their services to finally get someone from the company return my call. A sales rep contacted me within 24 hours. I was able to get a slew of names of people associates with the situation. As of today, I have a name and conversation with someone from Chem Dry who is making a committment to advocate for us. He claims they have dropped using this company.
I have been doing mystery shops for over 10 years and this is the first situation that I have encurred of not getting paid and appearing unprofessional. I work with over 60 companies and never have had a problem.
If you are thinking about doing any job for this company think twice!
